In the ‘States it’s time for Thanksgiving. I love Thanksgiving. I love the food, the family and especially the name itself. “Thanks Giving” day seems like a holiday we should all celebrate.

Zig Ziglar says gratitude is the healthiest positive emotion you can express and that regular gratitude for all the things we often take for granted improves your overall mood, health and relationships.
